DEAR VALUED CLIENTS

allSkinz Therapy understands that life happens.  However, as a small business, cancellations and no-shows can affect day to day business.  

When scheduling full payment or deposit is required to hold your appointment.  A requested  24-hour notice for all cancellations.  All cancellations within 24-hours or on same-day as scheduled appointments will result in a 50% charge of scheduled service.  All No-Shows will result in a 100% charge for scheduled service.   

Please be advised that if you are more than 10mins late for your scheduled appointment you may be asked to reschedule which will include an rescheduling fee.  Late arrivals will not receive an extension of service time and will be responsible for full payment.  

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text and/or email 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.  

Example:  If you have an appointment scheduled for Wednesday at 1:00 you will need contact and cancel BEFORE 1:00 Tuesday.
